This February, we had the honor of hosting a special seminar with Rafael Lovato Jr., whose technical knowledge, leadership, and mindset left a lasting impact on our athletes.

A Powerful Message to Our Youth
During the seminar, Lovato Jr. shared a message that truly resonated with our younger athletes.
He reminded them to enjoy the friendships they build and to have fun while they train. To enjoy the process, be good teammates and training partners, and motivate each other along the way. He emphasized listening to coaches, working hard, and always giving your best — especially on the tough days.
One of the biggest lessons was learning to stay positive through challenges. Training isn’t always easy, but those difficult days are part of the journey. Everything happens the way it’s supposed to, and growth comes from showing up, staying consistent, and trusting the process.
He encouraged our athletes to remember that time moves fast — one day we won’t be able to train the way we do now — so enjoy every moment, appreciate where you are, and make the most of the opportunities in front of you.
