Whether you’re brand new to training or just new to Evolve, we’ve got you covered. We have beginner classes for those new to training, but we also classes for more FOCUSED areas.
BOXING FOR FITNESS
Train like the pros without the blows. Heavy bag work, footwork, calisthenics and conditioning drills are all a part of this fun and intense class. Coach will explain all drills as a boxing coach would, through proper technique and an affinity to fun and learning. Prepare to get your heart rate up, burn calories, condition yourself and learn the beautiful art of boxing from highly qualified instructors.
Fit Camp is a great new way to challenge your body and reach your goals in a fun, refreshing setting. Fit camp is a type of exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with various forms of interval training and strength training. While there are a variety of styles of fit camps, our Fitness Camps are designed in a way that encourages you, but at the same time pushes you more than you’d normally push yourself. We’ve kept all the important parts of Personal Training and added the fun parts of group training.
There are a lot of class times available, including evening adult fitness classes that run the same time as the kids’ classes.ANGELICA T.
