Whether you’re brand new to training or just new to Evolve, we’ve got you covered. We have beginner classes for those new to training, but we also classes for more FOCUSED areas.

CLASSES

BOXING FOR FITNESS

Train like the pros without the blows. Heavy bag work, footwork, calisthenics and conditioning drills are all a part of this fun and intense class. Coach will explain all drills as a boxing coach would, through proper technique and an affinity to fun and learning. Prepare to get your heart rate up, burn calories, condition yourself and learn the beautiful art of boxing from highly qualified instructors.

FIT CAMP

This class is short and intense and built around functional training. We here at Evolve are a combat training school therefore focusing on functional training leads to you attaining ease of technique, increased speed, fluidity of movement and explosive power.
Classes will vary from circuits, partner drills and workouts of the day. We pair you up with a partner so that you can have fun and be held accountable which leaves you with more results.
