As Spring approaches, we invite you to bring your favorite workout partner for a free fitness session. Let’s celebrate the beginning of Spring by supporting each other’s fitness goals and creating memorable moments together.

Members can bring their +1 to any of these classes:

- 9:15 am - Boxing for Fitness or Family Jiu Jitsu

- 10 am - Muay Thai

- 10:30 am - Jiu Jitsu
